Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated
Project & Operations Intern
to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various projects while supporting day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in both project management and operational workflows in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities

Project Management Support:

  • Assist in managing and coordinating digital projects, including SEO, web development, and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and task lists.
  • Track project progress and report updates to senior management.
  • Identify potential risks and assist in problem-solving to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
  • Utilize project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp to organize workflows.

Operations Assistance:

  • Support day-to-day operational tasks and process improvements.
  • Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal use.
  • Assist in scheduling, vendor coordination, and cross-team communication.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support operational and project initiatives.

Communication & Content Support:

  • Draft internal communications, project updates, and knowledge-sharing documents.
  • Assist in preparing basic content for presentations or marketing materials, if required.

Requirements

  • Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of project management and operational workflows.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp) is a plus.
