Role: Operations Executive Intern

As an Operations Executive Intern, you will support and manage backend operations, e-commerce workflows, social media, and client coordination. This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain real-world exposure to both e-commerce operations and digital media management, while learning about Shopify, website development, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage e-commerce operations: SKU creation, product listings, data uploads.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory systems for accuracy.
  • Assist with website operations: product uploads, banner/graphic updates.
  • Coordinate with the graphics team for uploading creatives.
  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and related operations including scheduling posts, uploading content, and coordinating with the design/marketing team.
  • Provide backend support for client communication and management.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and operational records to ensure smooth workflow.

Eligibility & Skills Required

Students or fresh graduates (BBA, MBA, B.Com, or related fields preferred).

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

Interest in e-commerce, website development, and social media management.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Must have a personal laptop & stable internet connection
(company does not provide laptops).
