Stipend- 6000/- Per Month

Job description - Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling the entire operational activities including overall operation of education, Training center, people process, client management, and operations.
  • Accountable for maintaining the KRA (Key Responsibilities Area) Report for Astrologers daily, weekly & monthly.
  • Supervising overall operational management, systems, and planning with the senior management.
  • Lead continuous improvement process of the operational things on the platform.
  • Evaluating & re-evaluating various SOPs from time to time to ensure adherence.
  • Evaluating reports from Operations, Quality & Training to re-engineer & evolve processes

Qualifications –

  • Must have Graduated from a recognized University.
  • Experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management.
  • Ability to optimize workforce productivity, allocate resources efficiently, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Responsible for documentation updating e.g. SOP, work instructions, visual standards, and Technical Data.
