About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Management Intern to support cross-functional collaboration between Tech, Design, and Business teams. The role involves coordinating project requirements, maintaining documentation, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely execution of product initiatives. You'll gain hands-on experience in agile project management, business analysis, and product lifecycle execution within a dynamic fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between Tech, Design, and Business teams to ensure clarity of requirements and smooth execution.
  • Support in creating and maintaining SRS, BRD, PRD, and workflow documentation.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and change requests across sprints.
  • Assist in task management, sprint tracking, and coordination using tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Notion.
  • Prepare monthly business performance and project tracking reports for management.
  • Participate in requirement discussions, wireframe reviews, and feature testing.
  • Ensure feature rollouts follow defined timelines and documentation standards.
  • Continuously learn fintech domain workflows and suggest process improvements.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of product development lifecycle, APIs, and fintech business flows.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum practices.
  • Strong documentation skills using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Hands-on experience with task management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into structured specifications.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Self-driven, with an ownership mindset and eagerness to learn.
