Experience:
4+ years in D2C / consumer e-commerce

What You'll Do

  • Drive
    P&L ownership
    , growth & margin targets
  • Translate annual strategy into monthly / weekly execution
  • Scale categories, pricing, bundling for rituals & festivals
  • Partner with marketing teams on
    performance marketing, CRM & retention
  • Optimize
    Shopify funnels, CRO & analytics
  • Oversee supply chain, vendor partnerships & reduce RTO
  • Build & lead cross-functional teams with clear KPIs

Who You Are

  • 4+ years in
    D2C / e-commerce with exposure to P&L or category ownership
  • Experience in
    growing mid-stage consumer brands
    is a plus
  • Strong grasp of
    marketing, ops, funnels, and data-driven decision-making
  • Action-oriented, thrives in a
    fast-paced founder-led environment
