Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Front Desk Staff for our facility in Chennai. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will manage front desk tasks, provide exemplary customer service, and assist in various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations of the front office.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess strong customer service skills (Mandatory skill) to ensure a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all visitors and patients.
- Proficient in using CRM Software to manage patient information and ensure efficient customer interactions.
- Experience with Point of Sale Systems is required for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to handle multiline phone systems to facilitate seamless communication and coordination within the hospital.
- Strong appointment scheduling skills to efficiently manage and organize patient appointments and practitioner schedules.
- Email management capabilities for effective communication and organization of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Data entry proficiency to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and other relevant data.
- Proficient in conflict resolution to handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and swift manner.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors as they arrive, providing an exceptional experience that aligns with the hospital's standards.
- Manage appointment schedules, coordinate with medical staff, and ensure precise appointment timings are communicated to all parties involved.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, with accuracy and professionalism.
- Process patient transactions, including billing and collection of payments, using the Point of Sale Systems effectively.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front office by managing resources and ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
- Accurately input and update patient data in the hospital's CRM system for seamless record-keeping and retrieval.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and visitors by delivering outstanding customer service.
- Resolve any patient or visitor issues expediently by utilizing proficient conflict resolution skills to maintain patient satisfaction.
