Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and office calendars.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handling emails.
- Monitor and maintain the organization of the front desk and reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with customer inquiries, provide relevant information, and address concerns when necessary.
- Maintain office supply inventory and reorder as needed.
- Ensure a positive and professional atmosphere is maintained at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional education or certification).
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
