About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Success On Boarding Executive
to join our team at Digha Park (Kolkata). The role involves setting up, managing, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the park management software. You will be responsible for training client employees, providing product guidance, and ensuring seamless adoption of the software features.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup, configure and oversee the daily operations of the Park Software.
- Provide end-to-end on boarding support to client employees.
- Conduct training sessions for personnel on software usage, ensuring complete understanding of features, icons, and tabs.
- Guide and support client staff on effective usage of the system for operational efficiency.
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries and resolve issues related to software usage.
- Document training materials, FAQs, and process guidelines for client reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve any technical issues faced by clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and smooth adoption of the software.
