Steward

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and well-mannered Steward to provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and escort them to their tables.
• Present menu options and take food & beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks professionally and promptly.
• Ensure tables are properly set before and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area at all times.
• Assist in clearing tables, refilling water, and attending to guest requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order delivery.
• Handle billing and payment procedures if required.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Maintain a friendly, polite, and professional attitude toward guests.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10th / 12th pass or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
• Previous experience as a Steward / Waiter in a restaurant or hotel is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Bengali.
• Neat appearance, well-groomed, and courteous.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of table service and serving etiquette.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹9,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
