The Associate - Front Desk & Travel Desk will be responsible for managing the reception area at the Mumbai Digha office. Additionally, the role involves handling travel arrangements in compliance with company policy, assisting with company events, and providing general administrative support to employees.
Job Description
Front Desk Representative:
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly.
- Maintain office security and a clean, organized reception area.
- Handle scheduling, data entry, and mail distribution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experiences

Travel Desk Coordinator:
- Manage all travel-related activities for employees.
- Ensure efficient travel arrangements and adherence to company policies. Provide cost-effective travel solutions.
- Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors. Maintain travel records and handle travel-related queries
Education & Experience
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in hospitality management.
- 08 years’ experience in front desk/ receptionist with experience is handing travel desk.
