Role Overview
We're seeking a highly-performing IT Services Sales Executive with experience in closing deals for IT MSP offerings internationally — especially in North America. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — and must be comfortable selling offshore + onsite hybrid MSP models to mid-sized clients (200–1,000 employees).
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new client acquisition for IT MSP services across US, Canada, and other key markets
• Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → pitching → proposal → closure
• Sell service offerings such as:
IT Helpdesk (L1–L3)
Patch & Compliance Management
Asset Lifecycle & Inventory Support
Onsite Offshore hybrid IT staffing
• Run cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo/Apollo, etc.
• Conduct effective discovery & consultative sales meetings
• Collaborating with internal tech leads to crafting client proposals and SLAs
• Maintain sales pipeline and activities in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho)
• Represent MetroMax in international discussions and client meetings (virtual + onsite)
Required Qualifications
• 3–7 years of international B2B sales experience in IT Services or Managed Services.
• Proven track record of closing deals from India targeting North American or UK clients.
• Strong understanding of MSP models, IT infrastructure, helpdesk, compliance, hybrid delivery.
• Highly comfortable with cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and objection handling
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• Experience using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot.
