Business Development Lead

Seeks an experienced professional to spearhead US IT staffing operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive new client acquisition through sales outreach and relationship building.
  • Establish robust relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and C-level executives.
  • Develop a comprehensive pipeline of IT staffing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to align client requirements with available IT talent.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and IT skill trends.
  • Meet sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Provide regular business development reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in Business Development / Account Management in US IT Staffing.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing direct clients and MSP accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of IT skills (Cloud, Data, DevOps, Software Development).
  • Familiarity with MSP/VMS programs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital outreach platforms.
