Affluense is an AI-powered intelligence platform that helps wealth management firms identify, research, and connect with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra-HNIs. We enable smarter prospecting through real-time opportunity signals, 360° profiling, and network intelligence — helping wealth managers drive faster client acquisition.
Role:
We are looking for a
high-impact Sales Leader
to spearhead our enterprise sales efforts in the wealth management domain. This role will involve building and executing the GTM strategy, driving new client acquisition, and scaling revenue by working closely with the founders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end
enterprise sales cycle
— from lead generation, prospecting, demos, negotiations to closure. - Develop and execute a
go-to-market (GTM) strategy
for wealth managers, private banks, RIAs, family offices, and boutique firms. - Build and nurture
CXO-level relationships
with Heads of Sales, RMs, and senior decision-makers at wealth firms. - Work closely with founders on
positioning, pricing, and packaging
to refine Affluense's GTM playbook. - Drive
repeatable pipeline generation
via outbound, events, partnerships, and referrals. - Build and lead a
sales team (SDRs, AEs)
as the company scales. - Own revenue targets and report key sales metrics to the leadership team.
- Represent Affluense at
industry events, conferences, and client forums
to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise / B2B SaaS sales experience
, with at least
3+ years selling to Wealth Management clients
. - Proven track record of
hunting and closing new logos
with large ticket sizes. - Strong
network in wealth management / private banking / family offices
is highly preferred. - Hands-on experience with
long enterprise sales cycles
and consultative selling. - Strong knowledge of
sales methodologies
(MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.). - Comfortable working in a
0→1 startup environment
— scrappy, fast-moving, outcome-driven. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- MBA / Tier-1 background (IIM/IIT/ISB) is a plus, but not mandatory.
