Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Reservations Manager to handle guest bookings our service apartments. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and email inquiries from potential guests.
- Handle bookings and calendar management across platforms like Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, , and direct bookings.
- Maintain clear and courteous communication with guests throughout their stay cycle.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth check-in and guest experience.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service.
- Familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email, and calendar tools.
- Friendly, detail-oriented, and self-driven personality.
