Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities. This role requires strong research skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Monitor industry developments, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.

Analyze data from various sources (sales, customer feedback, industry reports) to inform business strategies.

Develop clear, actionable reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

Assist in forecasting, pricing strategy, and product development decisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in market research or analysis.

Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
