Position Title: Vice President – Finance & Investor Relations Location: (Bhubaneswar / Head Office – Department: Finance & Strategy Reporting To: Managing Director Company: Khimji Finserve Private Limited Seeking a seasoned and qualified finance professional to lead Investor Relations and play a strategic role in financial communication, stakeholder management, and capital market engagement. The VP – Finance & Investor Relations will be instrumental in building and sustaining strong relationships with investors, analysts, and regulators, while ensuring transparent and compliant financial disclosures. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic Investor Relations (IR) plan aligned with corporate objectives and financial strategy. Act as the primary liaison with institutional investors, analysts, rating agencies, and the financial community. Manage the preparation of investor materials including presentations, annual reports, press releases, regulatory disclosures, FAQs , and earnings call scripts. Coordinate and lead investor briefings, AGMs, financial roadshows , and earnings calls . Analyze and report on shareholder trends, peer group performance, and capital market dynamics to the leadership team. Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Compliance) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all financial and regulatory communications. Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory guidelines related to investor communications and disclosures. Support senior management in articulating the company’s financial performance, strategy, and value proposition to external stakeholders. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience , with at least 3+ years in investor relations, financial communications, or related roles in BFSI/NBFC/Fintech sectors. Strong understanding of financial reporting, capital markets, regulatory compliance, and investor behavior . Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and stakeholder management capability. Prior experience in handling regulatory disclosures, SEBI/RBI compliance , and investor presentations is highly desirable. .
