Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Business Analyst & Market Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for performing business analysis, identifying market trends, analyzing data, creating business requirements, and optimizing business processes. Daily tasks will include gathering and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, presenting findings to stakeholders, and collaborating with team members to improve operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise
  • Proficiency in developing and optimizing Business Processes and creating Business Requirements
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
