CTC Budget Upto 6.50 LPA(Not more) + Incentives
- Recruit Life Insurance Advisors/Agents (from open market, referrals, networking).
- Train and mentor advisors to sell life insurance products.
- Drive business through the advisor team and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Conduct joint field calls with advisors for customer meetings.
- Motivate advisors with incentives, recognition programs, and career growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company regulations.
- Track performance of advisors and support them in customer acquisition & retention.
Skills Required
- Strong sales and recruitment skills.
- Leadership & team management ability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to build and maintain strong market relationships.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
- 1+ Year Variable partner Channel Exp (Life Insurance Mandatory)
- Age usually below 40
