CTC Budget Upto 6.50 LPA(Not more) + Incentives

  • Recruit Life Insurance Advisors/Agents (from open market, referrals, networking).
  • Train and mentor advisors to sell life insurance products.
  • Drive business through the advisor team and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Conduct joint field calls with advisors for customer meetings.
  • Motivate advisors with incentives, recognition programs, and career growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company regulations.
  • Track performance of advisors and support them in customer acquisition & retention.

  • Strong sales and recruitment skills.
  • Leadership & team management ability.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong market relationships.

Eligibility

  • Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
