Key Responsibilities:

  • Make videos on YouTube; should be camera-friendly and engaging.
  • Conduct live classes and record lectures on finance and accounting upskilling courses.
  • Conduct live webinars and masterclasses on relevant topics.
  • Develop course materials, including slides, notes, and assessments, to support student learning.
  • Provide real-world insights and examples from industry experience to enrich the learning experience.
  • Mentor and guide students, addressing their queries and supporting their academic growth.
  • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure content is up-to-date and relevant.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and guide students on different career opportunities in the finance sector.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of
    2 years of practical experience
    in finance/accounting.
  • Strong understanding of industry practices, real-world applications, and accounting tools.
  • Prior experience in
    teaching, training, or mentoring
    roles with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with
    AI tools
    used in finance.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences through videos.
  • Proficiency in using
    online teaching tools and platforms
    .

Preferred:

CA, CFA, or finance working professionals.
