Job Description: Management Faculty

Position Title: Faculty – Management

Department: BBA

Location: I.T.S College of Professional Studies, Greater Noida

Reporting To: Principal

Position Summary:

The Management Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in core and elective subjects related to Business and Management Studies (such as Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, etc.), contributing to curriculum development, mentoring students, engaging in research and scholarly activities, and participating in departmental and institutional initiatives to promote academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching & Instruction
• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions at undergraduate levels.
• Develop lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Utilize modern teaching methodologies and tools, including ICT and experiential learning.
• Curriculum Development
• Assist in designing and updating syllabi aligned with industry trends and academic standards.
• Ensure course content meets accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Research & Publications
• Undertake original research in relevant fields of management.
• Publish papers in peer-reviewed journals and participate in academic conferences.
• Guide student projects, research work, and dissertations.
• Mentorship & Student Engagement
• Act as a mentor and academic advisor to students.
• Motivate students for internships, placements, and entrepreneurship.
• Institutional Development
• Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and college events.
• Support accreditation, rankings, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Foster collaborations with industry and academic bodies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification:
• Minimum: Master's degree in Management (MBA)
• Preferred: Ph.D. in Management or UGC NET qualified.
• Experience:
• For Assistant Professor: 0–3 years of teaching or industry experience.

• Proficiency in modern pedagogical tools and techniques.
• Analytical and critical thinking ability.
• Commitment to continuous learning and academic excellence.
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers and administration.

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience in curriculum design and accreditation processes (e.g., NAAC, NBA).
• Industry exposure or corporate training experience.
• Active involvement in academic societies or professional bodies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
