Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager in Accounts and Finance, located in Noida. The role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional tasks include handling payroll, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and maintaining account records. Collaboration with other departments for financial planning and analysis is also required.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and financial statement preparation
  • Experience in budgeting, compliance with financial regulations, and conducting audits
  • Skills in payroll management and maintaining account records
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the education sector is beneficial
  • Knowledge of accounting software and financial management systems
