Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to oversee and manage the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in day-to-day financial operations, audits, taxation, budgeting & forecasting, and banking relations, with proven experience in the business consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage day-to-day finance & accounts operations including payables, receivables, reconciliations, and general ledger management.


• Oversee statutory, internal, and compliance audits; coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.


• Manage direct & indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, corporate tax, and other statutory compliances.


• Develop, monitor, and report on annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans; provide insights for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.


• Maintain effective banking relationships and ensure efficient cash flow management, fund flow planning, and credit facilities.


• Prepare and present MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards for decision-making.


• Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, and other financial regulations.


• Provide strategic support to senior management on business planning, risk management, and financial growth strategies.


• Lead, mentor, and guide the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all financial processes.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Qualified CA / CMA / CFA (preferred).


• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts within the business consulting industry.


• Strong knowledge of taxation, audits, budgeting, and financial compliance.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.


• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
