We are expanding our Skills Department and looking for passionate educators to join us in shaping the future of finance, taxation, and accounting education. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance, Tax & Accounts Faculty to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs in financial management, taxation, and accounting. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of financial concepts, hands-on industry experience, and a passion for teaching. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver curriculum covering finance, taxation, and accounting principles, including financial reporting, auditing, direct & indirect taxation, and corporate finance. Conduct interactive lectures, workshops, and hands-on training sessions for students. Create engaging study materials, assessments, and case studies to enhance learning outcomes. Stay updated with industry trends, financial regulations, and taxation policies. Mentor and guide students in their career aspirations and help them build industry-relevant skills. Collaborate with instructional designers and other faculty members to improve course effectiveness. Provide timely feedback and assess students progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical exercises. Requirements: Education: CA/CPA/MBA (Finance)/M.Com or relevant qualifications in finance, taxation, and accounting. Experience: 3+ years of teaching experience or industry experience in finance, tax, and accounting sectors. Strong knowledge of financial statements, taxation laws, auditing practices, and corporate finance. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools. Prior experience in online or blended learning models is a plus.
