Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Department (HOD) for B.Com (H) at JIMS Engineering Management Technical Campus, located in Noida. The HOD will be responsible for leading the Commerce Department, including planning and supervising academic activities, mentoring faculty and students, managing administrative responsibilities, and ensuring overall academic excellence. The role also includes curriculum development, promoting research initiatives, maintaining industry-academia relationships, and fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration within the department.

Qualifications : B.Com,M.Com, Ph.D with net qualified

  • Expertise in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, and Business Studies
  • Strong leadership, administrative, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent research, curriculum development, and academic planning abilities
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture industry-academia partnerships
  • Ph.D. in Commerce or a related field preferred; Master's degree required
  • A proven track record of teaching and research in higher education
  • Familiarity with current trends and innovations in education and industry
