Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller based in Pune. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, managing inquiries, and providing them with property-related information. Key tasks include engaging with prospects, maintaining detailed records of interactions, generating leads, and scheduling site visits or follow-up calls in coordination with the sales team. The role requires proactive communication to address client inquiries effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in customer interaction and client engagement
  • Basic computer proficiency with the ability to maintain accurate records and handle office software tools
  • Skills in lead generation, telecalling, and follow-up communication
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with sales and operations teams
  • Familiarity with the real estate sector in Pune is an advantage
  • Relevant experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
