Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and effectively presenting services to convert leads into sales. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer support and ensuring smooth communication to address customer queries or concerns.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build strong relationships
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales to drive business growth
  • Customer Support expertise to assist and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote role
  • Prior experience in telesales or the building/construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
