Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Pune. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and promoting travel packages and related services. Additional responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing support to ensure a positive customer experience. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in customer service and customer support to handle inquiries and address customer needs
  • Experience in lead generation and sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, negotiate, and persuade
  • Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline; background in sales or hospitality is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and other regional languages is preferred
