Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Pune. The Telesales Executive's responsibilities include engaging with customers over the phone, generating and qualifying leads, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team. The executive will also handle customer queries, offer product solutions, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
  • Proficiency in Customer Support
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in a telesales or customer service role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
