About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and driven
Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll take ownership of end-to-end hiring across multiple departments, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through portals, social media, and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs and deliver high-quality hires on time.
  • Drive effective stakeholder communication and provide regular hiring updates and analytics.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates while maintaining alignment with business and compensation policies.
  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in an agency
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive work approach.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
