Role: Sr. Talent Acquisition SpecialistLocation: Mumbai (Goregaon)About the Role: This will be a critical role providing extensive Recruiting solutions and strategy to assigned division/department of the firm.What You'll Be DoingOwn full recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and offer process.Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels.Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into apositive candidate and interviewer experience.Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.What We Look for In You7-8 yrs years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally from product org / Start ups or high-growth tech environment.MBA / Post Graduate degree is mandatoryExperience working with Sales teams and hiring for Sales roles, including but not limited to Strategic, Presales, Business Development, Business Strategy & Marketing roleExperience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans.Passion and understanding of technology as well as digital currency.Excellent verbal and communication skills.Have research experience and Proven track record of successfully delivering against goals within the given deadlinesStrong Talent Sourcing experience across geographiesStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environmentDesired Candidate ProfileHighly organized, to respond to the variety and volume of responsibilityCommunicative, to engage and provide an advisory cover to senior stakeholders, managers and employees.Comfortable working occasionally in ambiguous circumstances to forge innovation and ideasHighly proficient at analyzing people-related data sets (such as the talent pipeline) to draw out answers/themes and an advanced user of MS ExcelCreative and willing to try new ideasKnowledgeable about Talent acquisition/HR practices;Service-oriented, with proven project management and organizational skillsPossessing advanced Excel skills (including expert knowledge in using macros etc.)Strong in analytical skills, with the ability to review and present analytics to influence decisionsDetail-oriented, with proven ability to deliver analysis
