Company Description GRIDLINES is a recruitment consultancy firm that works exclusively in the construction industry for leadership hiring. We work PAN India and focus on any company connected with the construction industry. This includes PMC, Contractors, design firms, real estate developers, Proptech etc. We are a boutique niche firm. Role Description This is a full-time, remote working for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and hiring quality candidates, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, scheduling and conducting interviews, and fostering relationships with prospective talent to build a robust pipeline. Experience required would be across Linkedin, Naurki, Indeed etc and other job portals. Qualifications Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting processes Strong understanding of Interviewing techniques and best practices Ability to contribute to and enhance Employer Branding strategies Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field CTC offered is approx 4.2 lakhs per annum, ie 35000 per month take home. You should have your own laptop or desk top.
