We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–4 years of experience in recruitment. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring for various departments, including Sales, Credit, Collections, and Operations while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and alignment with business hiring goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Talent AcquisitionOwn end-to-end recruitment for roles across departments – especially Sales, Credit, Collections, and Operations.Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs.Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals.Conduct resume screening and initial HR interviews to assess culture and role fit.Schedule and coordinate interviews with functional teams and hiring panels.Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and communication with selected candidates.2. Onboarding CoordinationCoordinate pre-joining formalities and document collection from selected candidates.Ensure a smooth joining experience by working closely with HR Ops and IT teams.Conduct and support induction programs, including company overview and policy briefings.Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their first few weeks.3. Employee EngagementSupport planning and execution of employee engagement activities (festivals, team events, contests, birthdays, etc.).Conduct periodic pulse checks and feedback sessions with new joinees and existing employees.Assist in driving initiatives to improve retention, morale and organizational culture.Contribute to internal communications (emailers, HR newsletters, posters, etc.).4. MIS & ReportingMaintain recruitment dashboards and reports (open positions, TAT, source mix, etc.).Track onboarding metrics and feedback from new joinees.Prepare monthly reports for HR reviews and audits.Required Qualifications & Experience:Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–4 years of experience in talent acquisition.Proven experience in managing volume hiring and field recruitment.Exposure to onboarding coordination and engagement initiatives.
