Corient Business Solutions is pleased to invite applications for the position of
Senior Sales Manager
to support the expansion of our India business operations.
We're looking for candidates with
6+ years of B2B sales experience in service-based industries
. While experience in international sales, outsourcing, IT, accounting, or related services is a plus,
strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
are most important..
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new client acquisition
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly pipeline updates
• Collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams
• Understand client requirements and present tailored service solutions
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven success in B2B sales and meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and client engagement abilities
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot / Salesforce)
- Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented
Role Details:
• Location: Andheri, Mumbai
• Employment Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday)
• Flexible working hours & performance-based commissions
