About Logikality

Logikality is an AI-first startup reimagining how the US mortgage industry operates. We use Generative AI, document intelligence, and adaptive workflows to automate large-scale back office processes for lenders and mortgage service providers.

We are now building a focused sales team that can engage senior decision makers in the US and open the right doors for our leadership team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a
Global Sales Specialist
who can independently drive outreach into the US mortgage market, engage senior executives, and create a strong, qualified pipeline for our AI solutions.

This is a high-visibility
individual contributor role
that works closely with the CEO and sales leadership and is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, ambition, and direct impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage C-level and senior executives across the US mortgage ecosystem.
  • Run targeted outbound outreach through calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify prospects, understand high-level pain points, and schedule discovery meetings for the leadership team.
  • Maintain clean and accurate records of all outreach and activities in CRM or Microsoft Excel.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to refine target account lists, messaging, and campaigns.
  • Track weekly and monthly activity and pipeline metrics and continuously improve outreach effectiveness.

Ideal Profile

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development for US B2B clients.
  • Experience with US mortgage, lending, banking, or financial services is a strong plus.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication with a clear, confident, US-friendly accent.
  • Strong ability to start and sustain conversations with senior decision makers.
  • Comfortable working with outreach tools, CRM systems, and Excel-based tracking.
  • Clear written communication skills for concise, professional email and LinkedIn messaging.

Mindset

  • Target-driven, persistent, and comfortable with high-activity outbound environments.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
  • High ownership, integrity, and maturity in handling CXO-level conversations.

  • Working Hours:
    Aligned to US time zones (evening and late evening IST).
