Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role is based in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales of ProctorLearn's certification training courses. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales process, providing exceptional customer service, conducting product presentations, addressing client inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The role involves representing ProctorLearn in a professional manner to help working professionals and enterprises find the right training solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and assist clients
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to conduct Training-related discussions to align tailored solutions with client needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the education technology or training industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms is desirable
