Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with new and existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Specialist will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the competitive landscape.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and identify new sales opportunities.


• Develop and execute on a comprehensive sales plan that includes target accounts, sales goals, and tactics.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive sales.


• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.


• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure that sales targets are achieved.


• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure that clients are satisfied and that any issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.


• Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.


• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development or related field.


• Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.


• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.


• Strong organizational and project management skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
