Role :
Product Sales Specialist (Contract) Role – FTE Opportunity Based on Performance
We are looking for an experienced Product Sales Specialist who can take our highR suite of products to the market and drive publisher acquisitions. The target markets are the US and UK, while the position will be based in India.
This is a contract-based role to enable faster onboarding and to evaluate the potential of these products before transitioning into a full-time position
We are open to converting this into a full-time role if we find the right candidate and the 6-month contract period goes well.
We are seeking a professional with proven experience in B2B SaaS and appointment setting.
Preferred Experience:
- Strong background in Supply-side/Publisher AdTech product sales.
- Open to candidates with relevant non-AdTech sales experience if a suitable AdTech profile is not available.
Compensation:
1,00,000 – 1,50,000 per month
Contract Duration:
3–6 months (based on performance)
Expected Effort:
Approximately 80–90 hours per month
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Month 1:
Understand the industry, product, and target customer profile; achieve 1–2 meetings. - Month 2:
Conduct at least 6–8 meetings. - Month 3:
Achieve 2 closures and 8–10 meetings.
