Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Manager execution located in Chengalpattu. The Chief Manager will oversee the execution of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, managing project teams, handling client communications, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves strategic planning, problem-solving, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, strategic planning, and execution in infrastructure EPC projects
  • Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards in the infrastructure sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Chengalpattu
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the infrastructure industry
