Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial operations, drive financial planning, and ensure sustainable growth. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in business strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Monitor cash flow, P&L, balance sheet, and financial performance metrics.
  • Manage investor relations, funding, and capital allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and board for business growth.
  • Implement robust financial controls, risk management, and reporting systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, taxation, and compliance.
  • Experience in digital marketing, tech, or service industries is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • MBA/CA/CPA or equivalent qualification.
