We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy, planning, and operations of our IT company. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will be a key strategic partner responsible for driving sustainable growth, financial health, and compliance.

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, investments, and risk.
  • Drive pricing, cost optimization, and profitability initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and audit processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on business strategy and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent finance qualification.
  • 6 to 10 years experience in senior finance roles within IT services or IT product companies.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and corporate finance.
  • Familiarity with IT industry financial models and metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial compliance.
  • Proven track record in financial strategy and execution to drive growth.
