Key Responsibilities
Overall Management

Lead the organization with a strategic focus on growth, innovation, and operational excellence across all departments and franchise units.


Sales
Drive sales performance across all Sudhan Mobiles stores.

Increase overall gross margin and profitability through effective retail and franchise strategies.


Purchase
Oversee complete procurement operations for all stores and franchise outlets.

Build and manage strong vendor relationships.

Ensure best pricing, high-margin product sourcing, and cost-effective negotiations.


Marketing
Lead digital marketing efforts to achieve maximum visibility and conversions.

Implement performance-driven campaigns with optimized budget utilization.


Finance
Strengthen financial control across the organization.

Reduce unwanted financial expenses and ensure effective fund management.

Support scalability with a profit-focused financial framework.
