Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) located in Chennai. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including finance, strategic planning, business planning, sales, and operations management. They will also be tasked with setting company policies and goals, driving overall growth, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring effective management of company resources.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Finance and Business Planning
  • Experience in Operations Management and Strategic Planning
  • Proven track record in Sales and managing high-level business relationships
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make high-stakes decisions and work in a dynamic environment
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare export industry is a plus
