We are looking for an accomplished and visionary
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
to lead operations in the
process equipment manufacturing
sector, specializing in Clarifiers, Agitators, Sluice Gates, and Mechanical & Manual Screens. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial stewardship, driving the company's growth, innovation, and long-term sustainability. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy engineering and fabrication processes, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and long-term success
  • Lead all company functions—production, quality, finance, HR, and marketing—with a focus on operational excellence
  • Oversee fabrication and manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with ASME, ISO, IBR, and other quality standards
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve business objectives
  • Identify new market opportunities and strengthen relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders
  • Champion digital transformation and process automation to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Drive a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement across all departments
  • Present business performance and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
  • Lead and mentor the leadership team, setting clear goals and KPIs to ensure accountability
  • Maintain industry awareness to adapt to market changes and emerging technologies
