The role
We're hiring a Chief of Staff as the CEO's strategic partner and force-multiplier. You'll run point on high-priority initiatives, keep the exec team focused, and turn ambiguity into clear plans and shipped outcomes. Expect a mix of strategy, program execution, Ops/Finance hygiene, and hands-on problem solving across the company.

What you'll own
- Drive the CEO/exec agenda: OKRs, operating cadence, and quarterly planning; turn decisions into documented owners, timelines, and metrics.
- Stand up and lead cross-functional projects (e.g., new product bets, GTM experiments, ops automation, vendor negotiations) from scoping → execution → post-mortems.
- Build simple, truthful dashboards for product, growth, and finances; validate data and surface insights that change decisions.
- Prepare CEO for key rooms (board, customers, partners, recruiting): briefs, narratives, and follow-through.
- Unblock the org: fix process friction, level-up rituals (PRDs, RFCs, post-mortems), and keep communication crisp.
- Own special missions: hiring loops for critical roles, partnerships diligence, pricing tests, investor updates.
- Be a trusted sparring partner to the CEO—able to zoom from strategy to spreadsheets to scrappy execution in the same afternoon.

Must-haves
- 3–6 years in high-bar environments (founder's office, top-tier consulting/IB/VC, fast-growing startups) with a record of shipping needle-moving work.
- Elite generalist skills: structured thinking, crisp writing, stakeholder management, and ruthless prioritization.
- Analytical horsepower: comfort with spreadsheets/SQL, financial models, and experiment design; you validate data before you trust it.
- Bias for action and ownership under ambiguity; you chase outcomes, not tasks.
- High integrity and discretion.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in product-led B2B SaaS or AI/LLM tooling.
- Comfort with lightweight tech (e.g., Notion, dbt/SQL, basic Python/Sheets automations).
- Exposure to partnerships, pricing/packaging, or enterprise deals.
