About the Role
The Chief of Staff (CoS) at SSCG is a
strategic operator and force multiplier
for the Founder. This role blends strategy, execution, and leadership — ensuring the most important priorities move forward with speed and precision. From driving cross-functional projects to shaping investor narratives, you will sit at the intersection of
strategy, ventures, and execution
.
This is not a support role; it is a
trusted partner role
— someone who can anticipate, decide, and deliver with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leverage
: Translate the Founder's priorities into clear initiatives, action plans, and measurable outcomes. - Execution Oversight
: Track and drive follow-through across SSCG's verticals — consulting, venture studio, marketing, and talent. - Decision Support
: Prepare research briefs, investment memos, and board-level decks to support critical decisions. - Stakeholder Management
: Interface with investors, partners, clients, and senior leadership on behalf of the Founder. - Special Projects
: Lead high-impact initiatives (new venture validation, market entries, fundraising prep, etc.). - Confidential Counsel
: Serve as a sounding board to the Founder on sensitive matters with discretion and clarity. - Team Integration
: Ensure cross-functional alignment, resolve bottlenecks, and build scalable processes.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in
strategy consulting, venture capital, investment banking, or high-growth startups
. - Demonstrated ability to own and deliver
end-to-end projects under tight timelines
. - Strong analytical skills — capable of building
models, structured decks, and clear narratives
. - Excellent communication — sharp writing, persuasive storytelling, and confident presentation skills.
- High agency and adaptability — thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and solves problems proactively.
- Bonus: Prior experience in fundraising, venture building, or investor relations.
