Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Executive located in Mumbai. The Administrative Executive will oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate office operations, and assist leadership with a variety of organizational duties. Responsibilities will include providing executive administrative support, managing general office administration, maintaining schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth workflow within the team. Communication and collaboration with various stakeholders will also be integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Strong General Administration and organizational skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred but not mandatory
