*Job Title:* Food and Beverage Manager

*Reports to:* General Manager/Resort Manager

*Job Summary:*

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the resort's food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional to manage and develop the F&B team, maintain high standards of quality and service, and optimize menu offerings and inventory management.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  1. *Team Management:*

  2. Lead, train, and develop F&B staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

  3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

  4. *Operations:*

  5. Oversee daily F&B operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control.

  6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

  7. *Revenue Growth:*

  8. Develop and implement strategies to increase F&B revenue and profitability.

  9. Analyze sales trends and recommend menu changes, pricing, and promotions.

  10. *Guest Satisfaction:*

  11. Ensure exceptional guest experiences through prompt service, quality food, and attentive staff.

  12. Respond to guest feedback and complaints.

  13. *Inventory Management:*

  14. Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control.

  15. Minimize waste and optimize inventory usage.

  16. *Menu Development:*

  17. Develop and implement new menu concepts and promotions.

  18. Collaborate with chefs and other stakeholders to create innovative and appealing dishes.

*Requirements:*

  • Hospitality/F&B experience

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Financial management and analytical skills

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
