Waldenwoods Eco Retreat is a village resort nestled in Tangi, Cuttack, offering unparalleled hospitality and breathtaking views. We're seeking an experienced Resort Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned Resort Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue growth, and maintain our high standards of service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and activities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction

  • Drive revenue growth through effective yield management, marketing, and sales strategies

  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness throughout the resort

  • Foster strong relationships with guests, partners, and local stakeholders

  • Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven decisions to optimize operations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in resort management or a similar leadership role

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving guest satisfaction

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., hospitality management) and education preferred

Pay: ₹14, ₹30,000.00 per month
