Field Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit schools, colleges, corporates, travel agents, and institutions to promote resort packages and group activities.
  • Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters in targeted locations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase bookings.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and outdoor activities.
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights to help improve marketing strategies.
  • Represent the resort professionally during exhibitions, events, and local gatherings.
  • Maintain a daily report of visits, leads, and conversions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in face-to-face interactions and public speaking.
  • Ability to travel locally and manage outdoor promotional activities.
  • Energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or social media promotions is a plus.
