F&b Supervisor

We are looking for a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our energetic conference and event team.

**The role**

Reporting into the C&E Duty Manager, we’re looking for a superstar who can co-ordinate operations in Conference & Events and oversee our team of Food & Beverage Attendants.

You will be the face of our business and main point of contact for conference and event organisers. This is a hands-on role which requires strong management, administration, relationship building, selling, organisation and people development skills.

As a leader, you’ll help to set the standards by displaying a passion for hospitality and the motivation to deliver an exceptional level of service to our clients & guests. You will be motivated and hardworking with the “can do attitude” which will see you thrive in the role.

**We’re looking for**
- Minimum 3 years experience in a food & beverage supervisor role, in a conference and events environment, ideally in a 4-5 hotel/resort or convention venue
- Excellent communication & attention to detail
- A leader who thrives in developing employees through training & upskilling
- Strong work ethic, passion and a genuine love of hospitality to deliver exceptional service standards
- Demonstrate excellent time & resource management skills
- use initiative and manage daily workloads to ensure smooth operations within the C&E team
- Available to work a rotating roster across a 7-day week including evenings and weekends
